Villa de Loulia, Peroulades
Grandmother Loulia fell in love with Peroulades, a village situated in the less explored and unspoilt part of the island, one hour far from Corfu Town. The naturally beautiful village, with marked Venetian and French influences, is currently under preservation for its cultural and architectural heritage. Grandmother Loulia built this atmospheric Italianate villa amidst the fertile grounds in 1808.
The old mansion house was restored in 2000 to its original splendour. The result was a tranquil property infused with timeless elegance and traditional flair, with nine rooms decorated with antiques and facing the garden swimming-pool.
